A few years ago, I discovered my love of glass and the passion I felt when creating new works of art.  At that time I was getting prepared to move my paint-your-own pottery studio, The Painted Platter to a larger location and decided to add glass fusing as a new concept to offer our customers.  At that time, I read everything I could get my hands on about glass fusing and practiced in my garage for 6 months to learn what glass would do. During this time I also learned what you don't want glass to do. Teaching glass fusing in our store has been very beneficial and our customers love it. I want to learn more and more so I continue to experiment with new and different techniques, take classes from renowned artists and everyday try to step up my creative ability. After wonderful comments and feedback from our customers and friends about my glass artwork, I decided to have a website created to sell my work along with offering it for sale at my studio, and in a few select stores.

Custom Glass Pieces I am available and love to do custom pieces, if you see something on the site and you think oh, I love that but I wish it was a different color, no need to worry, I can change that. We would just need to visit about the colors you have in mind and I can take it from there.
